WHAT IS WEBPT360?
WebPT360 is our online physical therapy and therapeutic training program. These programs are strictly online and are meant to assist patients and clients who are unable to physically come into the clinic and/or prefer the distance treatment/learning model.
WHAT PROGRAMS ARE CURRENTLY OFFERED BY WEBPT360?
We currently offer 4 web-based programs:

Online Therapeutic Personal Training (TPT)
ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS?
Yes, we are accepting new patients. Please contact us via email or fill out our online form if you're ready to start.
WILL MY MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER TELEHEALTH/TELEMEDICINE?
Most insurances are now covering Teletherapy. Insurance coverage is changing daily due to the current environment. We will verify your insurance prior to your visit to ensure there will be no unexpected or additional costs to our current and new patients.
HOW MUCH DO VISITS COST?
If you decide not use your insurance and pay the discounted cash rate:
Physical Therapy Evaluation + home exercise program : 30 min $60, 45 min $90
Follow-Up Sessions ( up to 15 min) : $25.00
If additional time requested : each additional 15 min = $25.00
WHAT DOES CASH-BASED MEAN?
Cash-based means we will not bill your medical insurance and you will need to pay in cash, check, or credit card.
SHOULD I SEE MY MEDICAL DOCTOR?
It is always a good idea to see your medical doctor before starting any new therapy or fitness program however it is not required before starting WebPT360.
We do recommend that if your symptoms/pain are severe, debilitating, and/or are progressively getting worse, affecting strength, sensation, motor control we suggest you see your primary care doctor/physician, go to urgent care, or schedule a face to face physical therapy evaluation.
DO I NEED A REFERRAL OR PRESCRIPTION TO START?
Most insurances do not require a doctor's referral or prescription to start physical therapy. We will always verify your insurance benefits before starting to ensure your insurance does not require a prescription/referral.. Cash-based programs do not require a referral or prescription.
WHAT IS AN ONLINE EVALUATION/ASSESMENT?
Are you currently having symptoms and are unable to physically see a physical therapist due to physical restrictions, transportation difficulties, location, schedule, or preference?
Have you exhausted the internet trying to diagnose yourself and need professional help?
Do you have financial and/or insurance restraints limiting your ability to physically see a PT.
If you’ve answered yes to any of the above questions, then you are a candidate.
WHAT IS A WEBPT360 SECOND OPINION?
Have you recently had a PT evaluation or received a medical diagnosis and would like a second opinion, but are unable to physically come into the clinic? We can help.
IS WEBPT360 PHYSICAL THERAPY JUST AS GOOD AS GOING TO A CLINIC?
Despite advancements in technology, nothing can truly replace face to face and hands on evaluations, assessments, and consultations when it comes to physical therapy. With limiting circumstances (transportation, distance, etc.), web based/distance physical therapy should always be the second choice in options.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY IMAGING (X-RAYS, MRI, PHOTOS, ETC)?
The more information provided, the better the physical therapist can evaluate your condition.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF THE WEBPT360 PHYSICAL THERAPY EVALUATION?
You will first been screened to determine if an online evaluation is appropriate for your condition. If deemed appropriate you will be contact via phone or email to schedule your evaluation. Your board licensed physical therapist will contact you via email and video chat. The physical therapist will then utilize the information gathered to evaluate your condition.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY WEBPT360 EVALUATION RESULTS?
Once your Physical Therapist has obtained all the necessary information you will receive your evaluation within 48 hours.
CAN I DECIDE TO DO ONLINE PHYSICAL THERAPY FOLLOW UP SESSIONS AFTER MY EVALUATION OR SECOND OPINION?
Yes, you may choose to do teletherapy or in person follow ups after the initial evaluation.
CAN I CONTINUE MY CARE AT THE OFFICE IF I START ONLINE?
Yes, you are welcome to continue your care in person.
WHO ARE THE WEBPT360 PHYSICAL THERAPY PROVIDERS?
All the WebPT360 Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assitants are U.S. Board Certified and are skilled to treat a wide range of medical conditions.
WHAT IF MY CONDITION IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR MY PROGRAM OF CHOICE?
We will screen all new patients before starting and if we believe the program you choose is not right for you, we will then recommend a more appropriate program or recommend an alternative option.
DO I NEED A PHYSICAL THERAPY EVALUATION BEFORE STARTING PHYSICAL THERAPY SESSIONS?
New patients require an evaluation before performing treatment sessions. Current patients at Titan Physical Therapy and Wellness do not require an evaluation.
WHAT ARE COMMON CONDITIONS THAT YOU TREAT?
Lower leg, ankle and foot pain
Neck, upper back and lower back pain
Elbow, wrist and hand pain
Post-surgical home therapy (after joint replacements, fractures or spinal/ cerebral surgeries)

CAN I CHANGE MY THERAPIST IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?
Yes, we understand some people do not match and you are welcome to change therapists at any time by emailing us at .
IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
For our cash-based patients before your assessment/evaluation begins we will perform a screening that will help determine if WebPT360 is appropriate for you before you are charged. Once your payment has been processed, your PT will begin gathering information and your payment is non-refundable.
DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT FOR TELETHERAPY?
Internet access and a computer, tablet, or smartphone is all that is needed
IS MY INFORMATION SECURE AND HIPAA COMPLIANT?
All information gathered is held in a secured site and we are utilizing a HIPAA compliant video chat service.

I'M READY, HOW DO I START?
If you're ready to start please fill out the form on the forms page and someone will contact you shortly. You may also email or call to get scheduled. Current patients at Titan Physical Therapy do not need to fill out the form.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
We ask that you give your therapist 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. There is a 10 minute login window. If you don't login within the 10 minute window your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
